Experience: 1-4 years experience in online government tenders Tender browsingPreparation and submission of E-Tenders in GeM, OAT(Outdoor Advertising Tenders), OHAT(Outdoor Hoarding Advertising Tender), (BAT)Billboard Advertising Tenders, Power Supply arrangement for hoardings, EOI for hoarding, Gantry and Kiosk, Road sweeper machine hiring tender, Road sweeping equipment etc.Bidding etc.Search for the relevant outdoor advertising tenders and road sweeper tenders, road sweeping machine tenders from the various sources and circulate within team.To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry and market intelligence data etc., which are needed for submission.Prepare and submit the pre-qualification package, bids and tenders to the client within the given timeframe.Analyses and review the tender / contract requirements, obligations, provisions, terms and conditions to ensure the compliance of the business to the relevant laws, regulations, corporate policies and business units procedures at all times.Assemble and maintain documentation relating to the tendering process, including management approval relating to tendering and contracting.Monitor the expiry of tender / contract in order to alert the business unit to confront the client promptly in ensuring the sustainability of the business tenders.Coordinate for obtaining the required approvals.Registration on e-portals and uploading tenders on the respective Tender sites.Vendor RegistrationsWork closely with the management in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercially viable tenders and contracts.Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Independently develop the business portfolio to accelerate the sales growth for the organization by showing the advertising services to the prospective clients which are available in the form of art, formats or features and showcase the sample of previous work of other clients.3. Searching for prospective clients who could be our potential customers of our advertising services in the most effective way to help promote their products & services in a better manner.4. Prepare drafting business plans, sales pitches & deliver appropriate advertising presentations to target clients with an estimated cost of advertising.5. Work closely with staff across other departments to implement growth strategies & financial reports of the advertisement.Requirements:1. Bachelor degree in marketing/ business management or any stream. 2. Minimum 1-2 years relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.3.
