We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Lawyer to join our legal team LAWVS Legal LLP. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Civil drafting and handling cases in Delhi High Court, with specialization in Civil Litigation.2. Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, replies, rejoinders and civil litigation cases.3. Represent clients in civil litigation matters before the Delhi High Court.4. Conduct legal research and prepare briefs to support case strategies.5. Manage case files and ensure compliance with court procedures and requirements.6. Attend court hearings and meetings with clients to discuss case progress and strategies.7. Collaborate with senior lawyers to develop case arguments and strategies.8. Stay updated on legal developments and changes in civil law and court procedures.Qualifications:-1. Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in civil litigation, specifically in the Delhi High Court.2. Strong Civil drafting and analytical skills.3. Proven track record of successful representation in civil cases.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Skills:1. Familiarity with case management systems and legal research tools.2.
