Roles and Responsibilities:1. Counseling and Consultation: Provide prospective students with detailedinformation about our academic programs, admission requirements, and financialaid options. Conduct counseling sessions to assess their educational goals andalign them with the appropriate program.2. Course Selection: Assist students in selecting appropriate courses based on theiracademic interests, program requirements, and career goals.3. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage with potential students.4. Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with leads to build relationships, addressinquiries, and guide them through the enrollment process.5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive institutions, andchanges in the academic landscape to tailor sales strategies effectively.6. Enrollment Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets byconverting leads into enrolled students.7. Consumer Feedback: Gather feedback from consumers about their experiences andprovide insights to improve products, services, and consumer experience.Requirements:1. Excellent communication skills with great convincing power.2. Confident in using MS Office and Google Products3. Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener.4.
