We are seeking enthusiastic candidates for the Human Resource Internship position. This role is primarily remote, allowing you to work from home while gaining valuable experience in the HR field. You will support our human resources team in various tasks and projects.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Assist in Recruitment:** Help with the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews, ensuring the best candidates are selected for open positions.- **Maintain Employee Records:** Organize and maintain employee files, ensuring that all documents are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.- **Support Onboarding:** Help in the onboarding process for new employees by preparing materials, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting in training.- **Conduct Surveys:** Assist in gathering and analyzing employee feedback through surveys to promote a positive work environment.- **Participate in HR Projects:** Engage in various HR initiatives and projects, such as developing training programs or improving staff engagement practices.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and new hires. A basic understanding of HR principles and a keen interest in the field are essential. Attention to detail is important for maintaining accurate records. Candidates should also have good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel and Word, is preferred. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for this internship, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and digital channels togenerate real estate leads. Identify and qualify prospects interested in residential/commercial properties. Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in CRM systems. Achieve daily/weekly targets for lead generation and conversion. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handover. Adhere to compliance and data security protocols.
