Roles & Responsibilities : Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy Define most important social media KPIs Manage and oversee social media content Generating leads through social media campaigns. Measure the success of every social media campaign Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development team Monitor SMO and user and user engagement and suggest content optimization.Key Requirement : Must be graduate Having an experience of 1-3 years as SMO or similar role. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices. Understanding of SMO and web traffic metrics. Good understanding of social media KPIs.

Job Summary :We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to contribute in generating sales and solving the queries of customers for our company.He/she must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.One point of contact for customer including product queries, grievances and servicesRoles & Responsibilities : Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about product or service. Solve queries regarding product and company Generate and maintain customer information in the database Understand customer requirement and close the query promptly. Keep record of calls and sales.Key Requirement : 3 5 years of experience as telesales/ customer support representative or customer service Preferred Industry Finance / Financial Services Good knowledge of relevant computer programs Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospect Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues Excellent communication skills. Preferred language proficiency English, Hindi & Gujarati
