We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Kozhikode/Calicut. Prefrence from logistics and freight forwarding industry.The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in sales and be enthusiastic about winning new clients and expanding our customer base.Key Responsibilities:- **Build Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.- **Achieve Sales Goals**: Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and services, identifying opportunities, and pursuing leads.- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and keep track of competitor activities.- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and concerns in a timely manner.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have at least a 12th-grade education and prior experience in a sales role. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for conveying ideas and closing deals. The ability to work independently while also being a part of a team is important. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a keen interest in learning about new products will help in achieving success in this position. Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with sales software can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
