Employee Development and Motivation: Recruit, train, and mentor new-vehicle sales employees, fostering a customer-focused sales environment through regular performance monitoring, counseling, and motivation. Sales Process Optimization: Develop and implement robust prospecting, sales control, and follow-up systems for potential and new-vehicle purchasers, ensuring consistent customer service delivery and teamwork throughout the sales cycle. Continuous Improvement and Communication: Stay updated on market trends and competitors' activities to make informed recommendations for in-store merchandising, customer service approaches, and overall business enhancement.
