The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for Security Services & IFM. Identify and target potential clients across corporate, industrial, retail, and residential sectors. Prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials aligned with client requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Coordinate with the operations and business development teams for client acquisition and retention. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities. Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, website updates, and online campaigns. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities. Track marketing performance and prepare regular reports for management.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in the security services and/or IFM sector. Strong network within the security and IFM industry. Proven ability to develop marketing strategies that drive sales growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
