Profile Overview: Experience required from cosmetic manufacturing, who have assisted in cosmetic preparations like Lotions, creams, hair serums, shampoo, face serums, face wash, Skincare, Hair Oil, Keratin Treatment, Conditioner, Body Wash, Body Lotion and Foot Care Etc.Job Description: Responsible for Production machines (Processing, Filling and packing) cleanliness & 5S practices while shift operation. Handling manpower in filling, packing and processing sections. Responsible for Preventive, predictive and Break down maintenance of machines. Responsibility of dispensing of raw material. Knowledge of doing quality check of the product at all of the stages. Sampling, Analysing & Inspection of all Incoming Raw Materials. Process Wise inspection of material i.e. testing and finally analysis of finished product. Shall be responsible for preparing Inspection and testing reports. Responsible for following all instructions given by management on time to time. Data keeping for equipment such as maintenance, preventive maintenance, other activities.
