DATA ENTRY OPERATORRoles & Responsibilities:Preparing Catalogues and listing the products on Amazon, Flipkart, etc.,Converting raw data to final content which would be live on the websiteResearch products on the Internet and responsible for the update of the product information.Entering and updating information into relevant databases.Ensuring data is backed up.Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.Handling additional duties from time to time.Image QC, Handling Image Ticketing process, Downloading of Tickets, pre-QC of ImagesAllocating the tickets to the editors and ensuring timely submission of tickets based on client requirements for Amazon, Flipkart, etc.,Handling the first level of escalations from the client sideResolving issues based on client requirements for imagingImage Mapping, Reordering as per guidelines under e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.Creating new SKUs and uploading them on the portal.Updating Product Data/ specifications / Images.Manage individual and bulk listings.Looking after the entire listing process, cataloging & pricing.Setting up the products on the website across categories.Ensuring that the website content is accurate and up to date.Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients.Scanning through information to identify pertinent information.Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.Creating accurate spreadsheets.Qualification & Personal Attributes:12th or Any Bachelor's DegreeBasic Computer Knowledge with typing skillMust have experience in MS ExcelMicrosoft OfficeLanguages Known: English & Hindi
