We are looking for a skilled and professional Massage Therapist (preferably from North East India) to join our wellness centre in Pondicherry. The ideal candidate should have experience in foot reflexology, body massage, and relaxation techniques, with a friendly attitude and customer-centric approach.Key Responsibilities:Provide foot reflexology, therapeutic, and relaxation massages to clients.Assess client needs and recommend suitable massage techniques.Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable work environment.Ensure client confidentiality and professional ethics at all times.Handle customer queries politely and suggest wellness packages.Keep massage equipment and rooms sanitized and well-prepared.Work with the team to deliver a high standard of customer service.Skills & Qualifications:Prior experience in massage therapy / reflexology / spa services preferred (training can be provided if fresher).Knowledge of various massage techniques (foot reflexology, head/shoulder massage, Swedish, aromatherapy, etc.) is an advantage.Good communication skills (basic English/Hindi/Tamil helpful).Physically fit, energetic, and able to work flexible hours.Professional, polite, and customer-oriented attitude.Job Details:Location: PondicherryJob Type: Full-time (live-in option available)Salary: Competitive (depending on experience) + IncentivesBenefits: Accommodation + Food provided (if required)Preference: Candidates from North East India (Assam, Manipur, Nagaland, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura).
