We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Salesman to join our team in South Extension. The ideal candidate should be male, have at least 1 year of sales experience, and have completed at least 10th grade. You will work full time in an office environment, engaging with customers and driving sales.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Customer Engagement:** Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations, ensuring a positive shopping experience.- **Sales Target Achievement:** Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by actively selling products and identifying new opportunities within the market.- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a strong understanding of the products offered, including features and benefits, to effectively communicate and upsell to customers.- **Inventory Management:** Assist in managing stock levels and ensuring that displays are well-stocked and organized for customer accessibility.- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and report any issues or suggestions to management to improve overall service and product offerings.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Proven sales experience of 1 to 7 years in a retail environment.- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers.- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating totals.- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn about new products and industry trends.- Reliability and punctuality are key; candidates should be committed to working full time in the office.
