The ideal candidate will support various HR functions and help maintain a positive work environment.Key Responsibilities:- **Recruitment and Selection**: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to interviewing candidates and making job offers.- **Employee Onboarding**: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed in their roles.- **Employee Relations**: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, fostering a supportive atmosphere and resolving conflicts as necessary.- **Performance Management**: Assist in implementing performance appraisal processes and provide support for employee development and training programs.- **HR Documentation**: Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR documents, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should have a postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
