As a Tele Sales Officer, your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers in order to promote and sell products or services. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. Additionally, you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting sales targets. Previous experience in telesales is preferred, but not required. As a Tele Caller at our office located in Bhayandar East, Mumbai, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services. Your key responsibilities include making a high volume of calls to generate leads, explaining product features and benefits to customers, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. We are looking for a candidate with 1-7 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in a similar industry. The ideal candidate must have a minimum education level of 12th Pass. Strong communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and the ability to handle objections effectively are essential for this role. The candidate should be able to work independently and meet targets set by the management. Additionally, fluency in multiple languages would be an advantage.
