Performing due diligence on the impact and feasibility of new construction sites.Overseeing all project stages from preliminary layouts to final engineering designs.Surveying new construction sites and assessing existing structures for upgrades.Preparing work schedules and allocating resources, as well as supervising junior engineers, construction managers, workers, technicians, and contractors.Ensuring that civil engineering projects are completed on time and within budget.Documenting processes and presenting project progress updates to senior managers and clients.

*Candidate must have the experience in the field of industrial construction site.*Candidate should be B.E or B. Tech Civil.*Candidate must have minimum 2 years of experience in billing and planning .*Candidate should have the knowledge and experience regarding Estimation, Costing, Rate analysis and billing work.

To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualificationsTo organize and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tendering/bidding activities and contract reviewTo monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions;To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc. and in line with customers tender requirements.Candidate should be B.E/B. Tech Civil.Candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience.
