We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Engineer to ensure our products and processes meet the highest industry standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quality control, process improvement, compliance, and problem-solving to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes to ensure product and process compliance.Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.Utilize Six Sigma, Lean, and other methodologies to drive continuous improvement.Perform internal audits and assist with external audits (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, etc.).Analyze data using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and generate reports to track quality performance.Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to improve manufacturing quality.Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to assess risks and prevent defects.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.Work with suppliers to establish supplier quality assurance (SQA) programs.Train employees on quality standards, inspection techniques, and best practices.
