A Dairy Farm Supervisor plans, coordinate and manages the day-to-day operations of a dairy farm. He/she is responsible for milk production, health and well-being of the farm animals and also personnel management. He/she is responsible for implementing the short and long term business plans of the farm owner. Dairy farm managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of a dairy farm.
