1. Utilize demographic data, socio-economic indicators, and previous reports to identify 50 communities or villages in Raigad district that are most in need of intervention.2. Implement the surveys in the identified communities, ensuring thorough and accurate data collection through interviews, observations, and focus groups.3. Identify 50 local NGO, Govt. authorities, CBO, SHG, Govt department by attending regular coordination meetings and sharing relevant information4. Identify, Manage and follow up and prevent 200 child marriage and 20 child trafficking case in program location5. Identify the 25 child marriage case per month and filing the FIR or entry in General dairy (GD) in police station. 6. Visit police station and court as per case requirement7. Manage up to date and comprehensive case file and documentation for all cases8. Coordinate with police, DWCD (District Women and Child Department), local govt. agency for stop child marriage, rescue child from trafficking and its follow up9. Detect a child trafficking case and conduct a raid on the company or work site in coordination with the police and govt. department10. Conduct regular campaign/ event in villages to raise awareness about child trafficking and child marriageIdentify the 100 Ambassador in your program location and engage them in child trafficking and child marriage prevention11. Accurately collect data of activities/ event, child trafficking and child marriage case numbers
