We are looking for a motivated and responsible Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our store in Bharuch, India. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers who are eager to start their careers in retail management.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Store Operations: Ensure the smooth functioning of the store by coordinating daily activities and managing staff effectively.- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise to enhance their shopping experience.- Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels, assist with inventory checks, and ensure that products are displayed properly and in good condition.- Staff Training: Help train new employees on store policies, customer service standards, and operational procedures to ensure consistent performance.- Sales Monitoring: Assist in tracking sales performance and implementing strategies to meet sales targets while encouraging team motivation.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have a minimum of a 12th-grade education and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
