The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries, and providing information about products or services. Setting and meeting personal sales targets Producing periodic sales reports Analyse his own sales data in excel and get insights using MS Excel. Prepare powerful presentations. Do market and company research comfortably over the internet. Maintain accurate contact information on clients Handle product and competitor related objections comfortably from senior management at clients side. Contact customers who have not patronized the companys goods or services for a while Providing price quotes to customers when needed Do self-analysis of his performance using sales conversion data
