We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Sector 16. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services directly to customers. This is a full-time role, and candidates with little to no experience are welcome to apply.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Identify and engage potential customers**: You will be responsible for meeting potential clients, understanding their needs, and showcasing how our offerings can meet those needs.- **Achieve sales targets**: You will set personal sales goals and strive to exceed them. Regular tracking of your sales performance will be necessary.- **Conduct product demonstrations**: You will present our products to clients, explaining features and benefits, to help them make informed purchasing decisions.- **Build relationships with clients**: Establishing and maintaining a good rapport with customers will be essential in ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.- **Gather market feedback**: You will share valuable feedback from customers and the market with the team to improve our products and services.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients. A friendly and approachable demeanor will help in building trust. Basic understanding of sales principles is preferred, but not mandatory. Good time management skills are crucial, as you will be managing multiple client meetings. Being a team player and being adaptable to change will also be important in this fast-paced environment. A 12th-grade education is required for this role.
