- Responsible for ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements as per the Companies Act and other relevant laws.- This involves reviewing and updating company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.- Handling all matters related to ROC (Registrar of Companies) compliance for the organization.- This includes preparing and filing various forms, documents, and reports with the ROC within the specified timelines.- Managing XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) filing requirements for the company.- This involves preparing, reviewing, and submitting financial statements in XBRL format as mandated by regulatory authorities.- Assisting in corporate restructuring activities such as mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.- This includes providing secretarial support and ensuring all legal formalities are completed accurately.- Supporting the board of directors and senior management with company secretarial duties.- This may include organizing board meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and maintaining corporate records.Skills and Expectations:- A qualified Company Secretary with 0-3 years of experience.- Proficiency in company law, corporate governance, and statutory compliance.- Strong understanding of the Companies Act and other relevant laws.- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask effectively.- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of XBRL software.
