1.Monitoring and improvement of overall utilization of Man, Machine, material, resources in the plant. Planning, Monitoring & control of all outsourced activity related to spring division.2.Responsible for Coiling till Dispatch. 3.To ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customers demand in time.4.To analyze capacity of plant.5.To improve Turnover & profitability of spring division by achieving and improving OEE.6.Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.7.Monitoring of monthly KPI with action plan.8.ISO9001:2015 or IATF 16949 or other any Quality systems employed in company.9.Maintaining PPM of spring division as per customer requirements.10.Supervise production activities to ensure they will finish in time and within target.11.Monitoring & Maintaining Schedule compliance of spring division.12.Housekeeping of Plant & implementation of 5S principles.13.Responsible for Quality Policy and Quality Objective.

Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth. Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives. Researching prospective accounts in target markets. Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle. Technically understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on customer requirements. Collaborate with sales team to ensure that requirements are met. Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients. Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals. Communicate technical or non-technical information to staff members and customers, in clear and concise manner Attending Customer conferences, meetings and industry events. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills. To prepare, review and follow quality plans & control Plan at relevant stages inspection of product design and development. To analyze root cause and initiate proper corrective and preventive action and ensure that customer complaints and Internal rejections are properly closed related development Items. To review project progress through APQP timing plan along with CFT Team and Top Management. Responsible for Initial part control in the plant and till dispatch at customer end. Monitoring of monthly KPI with action plan. Present the KPI to top management. To participate in MRM.o To track the progress of all new development projects as per APQP Timing plan. Coordinate with CFT team members for the right tracking of the projects. Escalate time to time basis for any failure. Coordinate PPAP & APQP activity with Customer. Be a part of CFT for feasibility and OCR Meeting of a new development items. Identify and make it available through follow up with the concern team members for the resources required for New Development items. Ensure New Development items sample submission as per customer target deadlines.
