Key responsibilities:1. Formulating and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets2. Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients3. Identifying and pursuing new sales leads and prospects4. Negotiating terms of sales and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets5. Identifying potential customers through various methods such as networking, cold calling and research.Other requirements:1. Sales and negotiation skills2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written4. High school diploma or equivalent5. Key Responsibilities:1.Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with clients/students to understand their academic, career, and personal goals.2.Provide expert guidance and advice on educational programs, courses, and career pathways based on individual needs and aspirations.3.Assist clients/students in developing personalized educational and career plans, including course selection, skill development, and goal setting.4.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients/students.5.Stay updated on industry trends, educational resources, and career opportunities to provide the most relevant and up-to-date information to clients/students.6.Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and client/student progress.Requirements:1.Bachelor's degree in Counselling, Psychology, Education, or any other field.2.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients/students.3.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.4.Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
