We're seeking an experienced Chief Learning Officer (CLO) to lead our academic programs and drive marketing efforts.We're looking for an experienced candidate to oversee the development and implementation of our academic programs, while also driving marketing initiatives to attract new students and families.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement comprehensive academic programs for children.2. Collaborate with teachers and staff to design engaging lesson plans and activities.3. Monitor student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.4. Foster a culture of continuous learning, encouraging teachers to stay updated on best practices.5. Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new students and families.6. Collaborate with the admissions team to create targeted marketing campaigns7. Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content to showcase our play school's unique features.8. Analyse marketing prospective, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
