We are looking for an Architect/Interior Designer for Mystery Rooms India & Panjwani Builders LLP. Please find the job description below.Work Experience: 1-2 year ExperienceWork Location: Kirti NagarWHAT YOU'LL DO* Drafting layout plans of Residential and Commercial spaces along with working drawings using Autocad.* Detailed 2D working drawings such as kitchen layout, woodworking and furniture layouts, false ceiling designs, interior layout, wardrobe and cabinet designs, etc.* Designing interiors of residential and commercial spaces.* Site execution, vendor and client dealing.* 3D modelling work of interior and exterior spaces.Technical Soft Skills required:* Ability to create plans and draft working drawings using Autocad.* Creative and detailed knowledge in creating interiors for residential and entertainment sectors.* Ability to collaborate with the team and coordinate effeciently with multiple stakeholders including contractors, vendors and consultants.* Abiity to handle site execution work.* Designing 3D modelling and rendering for interior and architecture projects.* Strong working Proficiency in Auto cad, Sketchup, Photoshop, 3-D Max, Vray.Job Type: Full-time
