We are looking for a skilled Spray Painter to join our team in Jhajjar, India. This full-time position requires someone with at least one year of experience in spray painting. The right candidate should have completed their 12th grade education and be ready to work from our office.Key Responsibilities:- **Surface Preparation**: You will clean and prepare various surfaces before painting. This includes sanding, masking, and applying primer to ensure a smooth finish.- **Paint Application**: Using spray painting equipment, you will apply paint to surfaces. You must follow safety guidelines and ensure even coverage.- **Quality Control**: Inspect your work after painting to check for imperfections. You need to ensure that the finished product meets quality standards.- **Equipment Maintenance**: Regularly clean and maintain painting tools and equipment. This prevents issues and prolongs the lifespan of the tools.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must have good attention to detail and a steady hand to achieve a smooth finish. Basic knowledge of painting techniques and materials is necessary. You should also be physically fit, as the job can involve standing for long periods and moving heavy materials. Good communication skills are essential to work effectively within a team. The ideal candidate must be reliable and dedicated to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Inspect incoming raw materials and finished sheet metal components for quality complianceConduct in-process quality checks during fabrication, cutting, bending, welding, and assemblyEnsure products meet drawing specifications, tolerances, and customer requirementsMaintain quality inspection reports, documentation, and non-conformance recordsIdentify defects and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve process qualityUse measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and gauges
