We are looking for a dedicated and organized Office Administrator / Back Office Executive to handle day-to-day administrative and back-office operations. The role requires an all-rounder who can manage office coordination, email communication, and administrative support tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Handle office administration and daily operational tasksManage and respond to emails and official correspondencePerform back-office work including documentation and data managementCoordinate with internal teams and support management as requiredMaintain records, files, and reportsAssist in general office coordination and follow-upsEligibility Criteria:Qualification: BBA / MBAExperience: 03 years (salary based on experience)Strong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishGood organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)Professional attitude and willingness to take responsibility

Job Summary: To manage the relationship with the customer and ensure that customer retention rate achieves 90% on Y-O-Y Basis and sales of the customer increase by 25% average
