Manager - Beta Lactam DivisionPurpose of Role: The Manager will be responsible for leading the Beta Lactam division, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with regulatory standards, and driving efficiency across production, quality, and inventory functions.Key Responsibilities: Lead production planning and execution for Beta Lactam formulations. Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements. Supervise and mentor chemists, store officers, and support staff. Coordinate with procurement, R&D, and quality assurance teams. Implement cost control, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
