Follow up with client, suppliers and vendorsSorting out technical queries from supplier side.To make technical points for pre-bid meetings.Sending enquiries to suppliers for quotes of HVAC Equipments.Preparation of the costing sheet of projects.Negotiate the prices on tender stage.Estimation of equipment quantity by interpretation of Auto cad drawings.Heat load calculation as per tender requirement.

Preparation / checking of heat load calculations for projects.Coordination with equipment suppliers for quotation, technical data sheets, G.A. drawings.Preparation of technical submittals. Projects planning and scheduling of projects.Preparation of quantity variation statement once the drawings are approved.Project scheduling and identifying resource requirements Maintain overall good relations with clients Evaluate new methods and technologies Evaluate variation between plan and actual status Assure project design documents are completed and signed

Responsible for arranging approval of all Drawings, technical datasheets by coordinating with client/Consultant.Provide approval to vendors on GA Drawings & product data sheets.Perform the task of assisting staff in reviewing, checking, planning and in scheduling work activities like calculations of HVAC Cooling & Electrical Load, Duct & pipe sizing, P & ID's, Shop drawings & As built drawings, Organization & Work schedule Bar charts.Responsible for raise the Purchase requisition of billable material based on approved drawingsTake initiative in finalization of the orders for the all long lead items with procurement team to match the project schedule.Attend meetings with the Client, Architect, PMC and Consultant & initiate internal meetings with Project, Procurement, Commercial team to explain the project detailsUpdate the material delivery status to client /PMC as well as project teamPreparation of Quantity Variation Statement & Rate analysis of Non Tender Items as per approved drawings to get amended Work order before execution of project.Project scheduling and identifying resource requirements Maintain overall good relations with clients Evaluate new methods and technologies Evaluate variation between plan and actual status Assure project design documents are completed and signedCheck heat load calculations for projects.

HVAC Service Co-Ordinator with 2 to 3 years experience in HVAC Industry. Need to coordinate with client to resolve their issue and coordination with Technicians for assigning the job. Should be well versed with LG and Samsung software.
