Overseeing building contractors and construction crews.Visiting the site regularly to ensure construction adheres to standards.Ensuring the project remains on time and within specifications.Creating progress reports, time schedules, and revised budgets.Conducting a final inspection after the project is complete.

Create high-quality 3D renderings of architectural designs for presentation to clients Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and quality of renderings Use software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, and V-Ray to create 3D models and renderings Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget Continuously improve and stay up-to-date with the latest software and rendering techniques Provide design support to architects and designers as needed
