Should also have Elastic KubernetesService (Amazon EKS) hands on experience. Experience with Jenkins and similar CI/CD tools. Administer (install and maintain) desktop computers (windows / linux OS),printers, routers, switches, firewalls, servers; Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring andanalysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems;escalating problems to supervisor; Identify user needs; Troubleshoot problems reported by users; Make recommendations for future upgrades; Analyze and isolate issues; Maintain network and system security; Maintaining documentation; Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, andevaluation; Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providingreferences and support. Accomplishes organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishingnew and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to jobaccomplishments.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSAWS Certification.
