Since the recruitment is for our AAC block, we are seeking people with Managerial experience from Cement Industry

1. We are seeking a responsible Safety Officer to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) guidelines.2. Advising on measures to minimize hazards and maintain a safe working environment.3. Vigilance in identifying violations is crucial.4. Focus will be on preventive measures, requiring attentiveness and proactive thinking. Detail orientation is essential, especially during emergencies.5. Objective is to establish a workplace that meets legal safety standards and cultivates a culture of prioritizing health and safety.6. Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures7. Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment)8. Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy.9. Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle workers compensation claims.10. Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management.11. Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices.12. Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety.13. Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety.14.
