Job Description:Should have worked as GM / AGM / DGM / HEAD Projects only in National Highways.To be a Self driven person to generate and execute the business.Age: 45 to 52 Max.Salary: Negotiable.( Based on the current Salary)Education: B.E - Civil, M.E - Civil / Construction Management / Planning.To Coordinate between Top management and project execution teams.Responsible to complete projects within time frame.Monitoring and coordinating other professional consultants and vendors.Undertake regular site inspections and chair meetings with contractor to assess, programme and quality.Minutes of meetings and progress reports to project team.Execution of all construction activities of Building along with Finishing Items, Preparation of Estimates, taking measurements, Contractors bill certificationUndertake periodic valuations; assess contractors financial claims and process payments to contractor through the clients organization.Verify, approve and certify the contractors Bills, and also check the clients RA bills before submission for payments.
