This internship will provide real-world experience in customer handling, tour package promotion, and travel sales, while being part of a dynamic and growth-oriented team.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Handling & Customer Interaction Call and connect with potential customers from company-provided leads. Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable domestic or international tour packages. Support in converting leads into confirmed bookings under team guidance.2. Marketing & Product Support Assist in creating and promoting new tour packages and offers. Research trending destinations and competitor pricing. Contribute ideas for social media and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.3. B2B & Partnership Support Help identify and connect with new B2B partners such as travel agents, hotels, and transport vendors. Maintain and update the partner database.4. Coordination & Reporting Maintain lead reports, customer details, and follow-up records. Coordinate with operations for booking support and customer satisfaction.________________________________________Required Skills & Qualifications: Students pursuing BBA, MBA, Tourism Management, or Marketing. Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of any regional language (such as Punjabi, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, or others) will be an added advantage. Interest in travel, tourism, and sales. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office / Google Sheets).
