KASCO INDUSTRIES was founded in 1972 by two dynamic engineering grauduages viz. Mr.Dhanjanjay S. Kamlapurkar and Mr. Rajendra R Shah. In 2008 Kasco Industries joined hands with Angelantoni Industie sPA, Italy to form a 50:50 Joint Venture in India named Angelantoni Kasco Industries Pvt ltd (AKI). Further in 2013 Kasco Industries bought back the shares from Angelantoni to rename the company KASCO INDUSTRIES PVT LTD. Kasco has a goodwill of more than four decades. Both the founder members come from business family having interests in textile, gold jewelry and trading activities in India since last three generations. With strong bank ground of finance and technical capabilities the firm started manufacturing Environmental test chambers.
