We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lab Assistant to join our R&D hardware team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in electronics and lab operations. Key Responsibilities:Assist in assembling and testing electronic circuits and prototypes.Support engineers with hardware board bring-up and testing.Operate lab tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, etc.).Perform basic soldering/rework on circuit boards (SMT and through-hole).Maintain lab inventory, documentation, and equipment. Qualifications:ITI/Diploma/BE in Electronics, Electrical, or related fields.Freshers and candidates with 0-1 year experience are welcome.Basic knowledge of electronic components and circuit diagrams.Good organizational and communication skills.
