Plan and execute audits in compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and fostering professional growth. Review and analyze financial statements and audit reports. Identify and communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with changes in auditing standards and regulations. Contribute to the development and improvement of audit methodologies and processes.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification preferred. 3-5 years of experience in an Audit firm. Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities. Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work. Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
