Job Description Account ExecutiveCompany: Kanmani Dairy ProductLocation: MaduraiRole: Accounts ExecutiveExperience: 13 years (preferred)Key ResponsibilitiesEnter purchase bills and sales invoices accurately in Tally ERP / Tally PrimeMaintain daily accounts, ledger updates, and voucher entriesMaintain cash book, bank book, and daily transaction recordsSupport stock entry, GRN updates, and inventory-related accountingVerify supplier bills and coordinate with the purchase/production teamAssist with month-end closing and preparation of financial summariesMaintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and statementsSkills RequiredGood knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally PrimeBasic understanding of purchase, sales, GST, and inventory accountingAbility to manage data accurately and maintain recordsGood communication & coordination skillsQualificationB.Com / M.Com / Any accounts-related degreeExperience in accounts handling preferredWorking PatternFull-time, on-site at Kanmani Dairy Product (Madurai)Must be comfortable working with daily accounts & Tally entries
