Roles and ResponsibilitiesKaleidoscope is currently in search of 3D Visualizers to join its team.In this role, one will understand the project, create 3D models in 3DS max as per the auto cad drawings, lighting, texturing using V-Ray, then animation and finally render it.We are looking for someone with a strong creative eye, working with precision, timely delivery of projects, a problem-solving drive, and the ability to work collaboratively with other members of the 3D team.QualificationsMinimum 1-3 years 3DS max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and AutoCAD (only reading cad).Sound aesthetic with a good understanding of color, contrast, and lighting design.Basic graduation in engineering (civil / Mechanical preferred).Skills (Good to Have): Lumion Twin motion VantageFluency in English.Strong problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Good team player with a great attitude.Dependable, flexible, and should be able to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities: BIM Model Development: Develop detailed 3D BIM models of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using industry-standard software such as Revit MEP, and Navisworks. Interdisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly within the building design, ensuring spatial coordination and clash detection. MEP Systems Design: Assist in the design and layout of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems based on project requirements, codes, and standards. Clash Detection and Resolution: Conduct clash detection analysis to identify and resolve conflicts between MEP systems and other building components, ensuring constructability and coordination. Quantity Take off and Cost Estimation: Utilize BIM models for accurate quantity take off and cost estimation of MEP components, aiding in project budgeting and cost control. Model Management and Documentation: Maintain organized BIM models and documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including version control, model updates, and as-built documentation. BIM Standards and Best Practices: Stay updated with industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies related to BIM for MEP systems, and ensure adherence to project-specific BIM standards and protocols.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Proficiency in BIM software platforms such as Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, etc. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems design principles and construction methods. Experience in developing and managing BIM models for MEP systems in construction projects. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and codes (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC).

Roles and Responsibilities:Kaleidoscope is currently in search of a Motion Graphic Artist and Compositor to join its team.In this role, one will understand the project, and create a storyboard and animation.We are looking for someone with a strong creative eye, working with precision, timely delivery of projects, a problem-solving drive, and the ability to work collaboratively with other members of the VFX team.Qualifications:Minimum 1 years After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and (Cinema 4D and 3DEqualizer (Additional).Sound aesthetic with a good understanding of color, texting, advanced animationBasic graduation in Visual communication/Diploma in animation.Fluency in English.Strong problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Good team player with a great attitude.Dependable, flexible, and should be able to work under pressure.
