Job Summary:The Architect will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from concept design through to construction administration. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.Responsibilities:1. Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept through to final completion.2. Develop and present design concepts, schematic designs, and construction documents.3. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.4. Oversee and review construction administration duties to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.5. Manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines effectively.6. Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an architectural firm.3. Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills, creativity, and technical proficiency.4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.5. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.6. In-depth knowledge of sustainable design practices is essential.7. Experience in client management and project coordination.8. Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling tools (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino).
