ResponsibilitiesCreate job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platformsAssist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and coordinating with the hiring managersSupport the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring the completion of the necessary paperworkMaintain employee records and update the HR databasesAssist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programHandle employee queries and provide basic HR-related information and assistanceAssist in the implementation of HR policies and proceduresSupport employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing employee events and activitiesParticipate in HR projects and contribute to process improvementsStay updated with HR best practices and legal requirementsDesired Skills & ExperienceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrityProficient in MS Office applicationsDetail-oriented and able to multitask effectivelyBachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field
