Responsibilities :
Building clientele by meeting new and prospective clients.
Converting productive customers to clients and working on previous clients and helping in retaining them for longer period of time.
Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication

Requirements :
Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role in insurance sales or educational products
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Creativity and commercial awareness
MBA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline will be preferred.
Ability to meet targets on time.
Job Location : Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi and Allahabad.
Salary Range : Upto 40k with incentives.
Gender : male/ female both can apply.
Experience : min. 3 years preferably in insurance sales or educational products.
