We are looking for telecallers and Sales executives who can work in sales and can use their powers to influence people and achieve great numbers required in a Jewellery Wholesale business.Key responsibilities -:1. Talk in the most influencing way over calls to convert potential leads into customers.2. Maintain healthy conversation specific to sales only and do regularly follow ups with them.3. In this competitive market, enhance your skills in becoming the best seller in selling out the jewellery.4. Assisting and guiding potential domestic and international customers with ease and great speaking skills.5. Grow your knowledge in depth about the jewellery from the owners themselves and look towards a long term career in communication and sales with International customers as well.6. Great performance comes with great income, so performance based perks can also be given.7. Handle customer queries with required knowledge of the product (Jewellery) and explaining in details in a timely manner.8. Scheduling video calls with customers as per their time zone, including international calls.9. Preferred languages for calling required are English and Hindi.10. Is ready to work for more than the specified shift (if required) as per the business requirement.11. Understanding customers needs based on the demand and preferences.12. Marketing the newly launched products to the new and potential customers.
