Job Description:JUNEJA CONSTRUCTION PVT. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the overall financial health of our organization.Responsibilities:Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.Reconcile financial statements and ensure accuracy of accounts.Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and timely payments.Prepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers, and journals.Work collaboratively with other departments to gather financial information.Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and standards.Handle confidential financial information with integrity and professionalism.Utilize accounting software and other tools to streamline financial processes.Requirements:B.com or equivalent; Associate degree or higher in accounting or related field preferred.experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role at least 2 years.Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.Proficient in using accounting software (experience with Tally Prime a plus).Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in recording financial transactions.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to analyse financial data and generate reports.Ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.Salary- Starting from 20000.00 Per month -Negotiable for deserving candidate.
