Key Responsibilities:Order Delivery: Pick up and deliver food or other products from the restaurant/warehouse to customers in a timely and professional manner.Route Management: Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries, considering traffic patterns and customer location.Customer Service: Interact politely with customers, ensuring accurate and complete deliveries, and handling any customer queries or concerns professionally.Cash Handling: Collect cash payments from customers, if applicable, and return them to the restaurant or payment processing system as required.Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure that the delivery vehicle (bike/scooter) is in good working condition, reporting any maintenance issues.Safety & Compliance: Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations during deliveries, ensuring safe driving practices.Product Handling: Maintain the quality and integrity of the products during transportation, ensuring no damage or contamination occurs.Reporting: Provide updates on deliveries, any delays, or customer feedback to the restaurant management.Requirements:Valid driving license for two-wheelers (or applicable vehicle).Knowledge of local delivery areas and routes.Ability to handle cash payments and digital payment systems.Basic communication skills (English or regional language as needed).Physically fit to handle deliveries.Previous delivery experience is an advantage, but not necessary.Work Environment:Mostly outdoors.May involve working in different weather conditions.Benefits:Competitive salary + tips.Fuel allowance.Flexible working hours (depending on company policy).
