PROJECT MANAGERROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Preparation of RA Bills & verification by client.- Monitoring total Civil Work and updating daily/ weekly & monthly progress report.- Preparation of Material reconciliation month wise & submit the same in every Bill.- Preparation of Budget and analysis of rate.- Ensuring all documentation are up to date.- Managing the site with team members & proper coordination with client.- Maintaining discipline and good work culture at site.

SITE SUPERVISORROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Knowledge of Engineering drawing.- Experienced in site works like handling manpower, keeping inventory of material, contractor billing of work done, managing site work as per plan.- Maintain records and facilitate material gate entry.- Monitoring total Civil Work & updating daily progress report.- Managing the site with team members.- Maintaining discipline and good work culture at site.- Proper coordination & Keeping all documentation up to date.

SAFETY SUPERVISORROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.- Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.- Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.- Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.- Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
