The candidate will supervise carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing works as per approved drawings and project specifications.Key responsibilities include managing labour teams, assigning daily tasks, monitoring work progress, and maintaining quality standards. The supervisor will check materials delivered at site, maintain stock records, and report shortages to management. Ensuring neat finishing, proper workmanship, and adherence to timelines is essential.The role requires coordination with project managers, designers, and vendors to resolve site issues and maintain workflow. The candidate must enforce safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Daily progress updates and site reports must be shared with management to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
