We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team in Gomti Nagar. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in reaching out to potential customers and promoting our products or services. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Conduct Outbound Calls:** Make regular phone calls to prospective clients to introduce our offerings and gather information about their needs.- **Product Promotion:** Explain the features and benefits of our products in a clear and engaging manner to encourage sales.- **Customer Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.- **Follow-Up:** Regularly follow up with leads and previous customers to close sales and ensure satisfaction.- **Record Keeping:** Document customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities accurately in our system to keep track of progress.- **Meet Sales Targets:** Work towards achieving monthly sales goals by actively pursuing leads and converting them into customers.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. You should be able to handle rejection and remain positive while pursuing leads. A willingness to learn about products and sales techniques is essential. You should also have good listening skills to understand customer needs deeply. Prior experience is not required, but being proactive and motivated will help you excel in this position.
