Job descriptionManage daily operations for eCommerce including Updating Product Catalogue.Knowledge of Listing, Updating Uploading Product Data Specifications.Knowledge of product Images on Marketplaces such as Flipkart, Amazon (Plus Advantage), Paytm Mall, Etsy, eBay etc.Maintain large online product catalogues.Oversee the product content presented on Website Marketplaces.Manage individual and bulk listings and account health.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the entire eCommerce operations ecosystem.Contribute to solving and reducing issues in the catalogue for optimising the speed of the catalogue upload process.Manage and create individual and bulk listings of new products on the IGPWrite engaging and descriptive product descriptions to improve conversionsEnsure that the catalogue contains accurate, comprehensive and high-quality product informationTry incorporating new techniques & automation into the creation of catalogues on e-Commerce portals.Identify opportunities and trends in the market and highlight them internallyManaging Safe-T claims for wrong orders, FAQ section & reviews on IGP platformRequired Candidate profileGraduate with 1 year of experience.Proficiency in MS ExcelFamiliarity with e-commerce and its componentsMust have good communications skills in English (written)
